2) We guarantee complete discretion both for candidates actively looking for work and passive candidates who do not look for work but are contacted during execution of Executive Search projects.
3) The information gained during recruitment process we pass on to customers only with the approval of the candidate.
4) We reserve the right to contact only selected candidates.

The recruitment process steps:

- application - in the first phase we would need only your CV
- pre-selection - shortlisted candidates are interviewed by our consultants
- assessment - skills evaluation, references check, additional documents, test
- employer interview - selected candidates are recommended for the direct meeting with the employer
- employment - selected by employer candidates are offered a position.
